Continuing with the slew of brilliant trailers arriving from San Diego Comic-Con, the first official trailer for this Fall's Stranger Things Season 2 has arrived.

Netflix unveiled the Comic-Con trailer for Stranger Things season 2 in Hall H during the show's panel, and now it has debuted online so check it out below:

The first season of Stranger Things was easily one of the highlights of 2016; a very unique and fun sci-fi show. Of course, it has many excited to see the return of the show and, thankfully, it looks INCREDIBLE. I like how the trailer is aptly set to Michael Jackon's "Thriller" because it's certainly very thrilling and intense. It looks much bigger and darker and very Halloween-themed too (appropriate given its release date) but it looks like it will maintain the heart and the charm that really made the first season as terrific as it was. There's so much going on and I just cannot wait for the full season this October.

Here's the official synopsis for season 2:
It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demagorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.
Stranger Things season 2 will debut on Netflix on October 27th, 2017. Milly Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Winona Ryder and David Harbour are amongst those returning, whilst Dacre Montgomery, Sadie Sink, and Paul Weisser will join the cast.
