Just this morning, we got a trailer for Star Wars: Rogue One but, as great as that was, there are more wars taking place than just the ones raging on within a galaxy far, far away as parenthood goes head to head with sisterhood in the brand-new, red-band trailer for Bad Neighbours 2: Sorority Rising.

Back in 2014, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne took on Zac Efron's fraternity, Delta Psi, in the wickedly funny, wholly original, refreshing comedy Bad Neighbours. Now, returning for a sequel, the parents have a tougher fight on their hands when a sorority moves in next door, Kappa Nu, led by Chloë Moretz. But, as they quickly find out, girls can be just as wild, if not more so, than guys and the parents must turn to their old nemesis, Efron, for help.

This evening, Universal have debuted a new red-band for the forthcoming sequel and it is utterly hilarious. The trailer is packed full of new jokes and it is definitely NSFW so make sure you watch your surroundings before checking this one out; it's rude, crude and hilarious and offers a look into just what we can expect from the second Neighbours outing, next month. I loved the original film and, from everything I've seen from the sequel so far, Neighbours 2 promises to deliver. I've also embedded the U.S red-band trailer, which has some extra footage and jokes.

Here's the film's official synopsis:
Now that Mac (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Byrne) have a second baby on the way, they are ready to make the final move into adulthood: the suburbs. But just as they thought they’d reclaimed the neighborhood and were safe to sell, they learn that the new occupants next door are a sorority even more out of control than Teddy (Efron) and his brothers ever dreamed of being.

Tired of their school’s sexist, restrictive system, the unorthodox ladies of Kappa Nu have decided to start a house where they can do whatever the hell they want. When Shelby (Moretz) and her sisters, Beth (Kiersey Clemons) and Nora (Beanie Feldstein), find the perfect place just off campus, they won’t let the fact that it’s located on a quiet street stand in their way of parties as epic as the guys throw.

Forced to turn to the one ex-neighbor with the skills to bring down the new Greeks next door, the Radners — alongside best friends Jimmy (Ike Barinholtz) and Paula (Carla Gallo) — bring in charismatic Teddy as their secret weapon. If he can infiltrate the sorority and charm his way through it, the thirtysomethings will shutter the Kappas’ home. But if they think that their neighbors are going down without a fight, they have severely underestimated the power of youthful ingenuity and straight-up crazy.
With Nicholas Stoller returning to the helm, and starring Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Chloë Grace Moretz, Kiersey Clemons, Ike Barinholtz and Selena Gomez, Bad Neighbours 2: Sorority Rising is set to hit the U.K on May 6th, 2016, before the U.S on May 20th.
