BACK TO THE FUTURE: THE ULTIMATE VISUAL HISTORY
Ahh, you know what that smells like? No, it's not Christmas; it's a 1.21 gigawatts flux capacitor, as well as the smell of a fresh, pristine new book. GREAT SCOTT, what is this? A book? Film fans don't read? Well, you should. And the Back to the Future Ultimate Visual History is the perfect way to start. Having celebrated the iconic franchise's 30th anniversary this year, it's the perfect gift for any crazy scientist, suave 80s kid or anyone in-between. It delves deep into the making of one of the greatest trilogy's ever with exclusive interviews, never-before-seen set photos and concept art and just everything BTTF. So, don't be a fool, grab your DeLorean and go pick this up!

THE HOBBIT TRILOGY EXTENDED EDITION
Just the other week, the long-awaited Extended Edition of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies got its home entertainment release (read my review here, why don't you) so what better way to celebrate and commemorate than with a boxset of ALL 3 Extended Edition versions of the films in Peter Jackson's second, epic Middle-Earth saga, The Hobbit trilogy. It's the perfect gift for all Hobbits, Dwarves, Elves and even Orcs - unfortunately, this excludes dragons.

THE PUNISHER SWEATSHIRT
One of this year's best debut TV series was Marvel & Netflix's Daredevil. With the second season set to premiere next year and set to feature Jon Bernthal as the epic Marvel antihero The Punisher, what better way to show your support by rocking the sweet Punisher Sweatshirt, from Dark Bunny Tees. Rocking this top, you'll be the symbol of justice and punishment that you're city needs - just be careful not to actually go out and get into any trouble because the shirt doesn't actually give you any abilities or anything. Look cool and kick ass, I like to say.

MARVEL AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON INTERACTIVE HULKBUSTER ACTION FIGURE
Avengers: Age of Ultron may have been a disappointment but, it's hard to deny that, the Hulkbuster was certainly the coolest part. Now, whilst you shouldn't buy anyone a copy of the film for Christmas (a waste of cash, no?), what you could buy any Marvel fanboy is the interactive Hulkbuster action figure. Unfortunately, the figure isn't life-size nor can it battle a life-size Hulk but the 13 inch figure is as close to the real thing we'll get. Complete with awesome lights and sound effects (from the film, yay) and the jackhammer punch ability, this figure may not be able to recreate the battle from Age of Ultron but it will certainly lay waste to your childhood bully for you (okay, maybe not but still).

JON SNOW POP! VINYL FIGURE
It's hard to deny that Game of Thrones is currently one of the best ongoing TV shows there is and the recent fifth season was awesome! Of course, there's the whole fan discussion and fanbase uproar because of what happened to Kit Harington's iconic Jon Snow in the season finale. And, recently, the season 6 teaser poster for Game of Thrones released and put the spotlight on a certain Bastard of Winterfell, bloodied and very much alive. So, why not get excited by owning your own Jon Snow. No, I don't mean Kit Harington. Unfortunately, he refused to let me feature him in my gift guide and, frankly, there's not enough to go around. However, we have the next best thing: a small, cool Jon Snow POP! Vinyl Figure from Funko. It is very cool indeed and a fun little item to have to show off and just adore! Who doesn't love a good POP! Vinyl (I'm addicted to them) and you can't ever go wrong with a Game of Thrones one, most especially if it's hype for season 6!

NICOLAS WINDING REFN: THE ACT OF SEEING
Nicolas Winding Refn is a multi-talented man and a true visionary when it comes to directing. Next year, his latest film, The Neon Demon, arrives and it's safe to say that I'm MASSIVELY excited for it - as are most indie, arthouse film fans. In honour of that releasing, The Act of Seeing is the perfect gift for any Refn fan. The director goes through his unique collection of rare American film posters and shows his unique and strange vision of viewing posters and drawing meaning from them. With details on each poster and each film, this is a book for only the most hardcore of film fans (but, if you're here, reading this, then surely you'll be (or will know) one). So strap in for this book as it takes you on a pushing drive through film, in which only god forgives. It's the act of seeing.

TARANTINO XX - 8 FILM COLLECTION
Everyone may be hyping up The Force Awakens this Christmas but even that can't put Quentin Tarantino, and his latest film The Hateful Eight, in the shadows. So, what better way to spend the Holiday season than cuddled up with some deadly strangers whilst holding out a blizzard and indulging in the Tarantino XX 8 Film Collection. Featuring all the director's films except from, of course, The Hateful Eight (duh!) but also Django Unchained (someone make a Tarantino Western boxset please), the collection features his 6 iconic classics, featuring Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2, Inglorious Bastards and more. It's ideal for any film lover. You'd have to be a fool to miss this, or, if not, "you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."

LIMITED EDITION STAR WARS STEELBOOKS
You may have seen me mention a little film called The Force Awakens already; one of this year's most anticipated films, by most. Returning to the Star Wars universe has built up a lot of hype, to the extent that official limited edition steelbooks for each and every instalment in the epic saga has released - including the original trilogy and... yes... even the prequels (I quite enjoyed the third one actually, oops). Regardless, these awesome looking steelbooks are the PERFECT gift for any Star Wars fan (so, basically, everyone that even remotely likes film). Preferably buy only the original trilogy but, if you somehow like the prequels, then even they look cool so may be worth getting too.

BB-8 INTERACTIVE SPHERO DROID
Continuing the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trend, the next gift recommendation is one of the hottest toys available at the moment: the interactive BB-8 droid from Sphero. The advanced, app-enabled droid has a unique personality and one that develops over time too. This most certainly is the droid you're looking for! The new The Force Awakens droid is the must-buy for all tech, film and toy lovers - anyone, really. I mean, come on, the thing is ADORABLE! Who wouldn't want to own one of these guys? Only a lover of the prequels, of course. Don't be that person. The Force is calling to you to get this.

GOODFELLAS 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION BLU-RAY

Back in the 1990's, Martin Scorcese delivered what is, even today, regarded as one of the director's greatest films - the masterful Goodfellas. Starring Robert DeNiro and Ray Liotta, this was the gangster mob flick that started the reign of all gangster mob flicks. This year, the film received an awesome Blu-Ray re-release, celebrating its 25th aniversary and it's glorious. Complete with a cool book about the making of the film, this gift is the don of all gifts. Don't miss this, aye! Because if you do, I can tell ya that there'd gunna be consequences aye. And if you know someone that picks this up, remember, "never rat on your friends and always keep your mouth shut."

So, there we have it folks: my Christmas gift guide for 2015. Above is just 10 of, what I believe to be some of the best and most relevant film/TV related gifts you can pick up this Holiday Season. Hopefully you've enjoyed my selections and, who knows, my little guide may have even benefited you. If it did then great but, if not, then you just have a bad taste in consumerism. From myself, here at Oasis Awais, I wish you all a very merry Christmas when it comes. Happy holidays to all my wonderful readers out there.
