Just last week, Sam Smith's official title track - Writing's On The Walls - for the forthcoming 007 film, Spectre, was released. And, with the film set to open later this month, a brand new trailer for the 24th Bond film has arrived and it is, unarguably, the best one yet.

Off of the excitement of the brilliant theme track for the film having released, Sony Pictures have unveiled the final trailer for Spectre and it's awesome. Not only is PACKED full of new footage - including our first look at mysterious antagonist Christopher Walken's face (he's obviously Blofeld guys) - but it's just an exciting reveal too. We see the sort of witty and intelligent exchanges you'd expect from a Bond film and Léa Seydoux does the honour of dropping the big line: "They're called Spectre." Honestly, it's a great, action-packed and intense trailer and, chances are, if you weren't excited for this film before, you definitely are now!

Spectre is a project that has been shrouded in secrecy. Plot details are pretty slim and the trailers have always been careful not too give too many big tidbits away - even here, in the most revealing trailer yet! Sam Mendes returns to the helm, after directing the phenomenal and hugely successful Skyfall, for Spectre, as does Daniel Craig to play James Bond and a stellar cast has been assembled to join him on-screen. 2015 has been a big year for espionage films but this looks like the best yet. The final trailer gave me goosebumps. It's epic and I cannot wait to see this film even more now.

Here's the film's official synopsis:
A cryptic message from the past sends James Bond on a rogue mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal. Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation known as SPECTRE.

Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes). Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE. As the daughter of an assassin, she understands Bond in a way most others cannot.

As Bond ventures towards the heart of SPECTRE, he learns of a chilling connection between himself and the enemy he seeks, played by Christoph Waltz.
With Sam Mendes at the helm, and starring Daniel Craig, Christopher Waltz, Naomi Watts, Léa Seydoux, Dave BautistaMonica Belluci and Ralph Fiennes, Spectre open, here in the UK, on October 26th, 2015, before hitting the U.S on November 6th, 2015.
