A few weeks back, at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, Ryan Reynolds, director Tim Miller and the cast of the forthcoming, highly-anticipated Deadpool blew the roof of the notorious Hall H with their panel (read my report here) the first trailer for the film. After patiently waiting, it has finally arrived online. There's also a sweet teaser poster to go with it.

Fox debuted the trailer on Conan last night and, holy shit, it's epic, bloody, hilarious, rude and just everything you want it to be! The teaser received an insane reaction at Comic-con and it's clear why. As Deadpool would say, it was a pretty fucking epic trailer indeed. Deadpool really seems like it's going to be an awesome film and one that truly respects the character - ultra-violent and insanely rude - and everything Deadpool stands for. The reveal was everything you could ever want from this film and it looks the merc with a mouth is going to kick some ass.

Accompanying the trailer, Fox have also unveiled the first poster for the forthcoming flick and some new stills have also recently surfaced the web. The one-sheet is pretty simple and just features the iconic Deadpool logo with the hilariously perfect caption "witness the beginning of a happy ending". The stills released last week but they're pretty cool and feature Reynolds' Wade both in and out of costume.
Here's the film's official synopsis:
Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
With Tim Miller at the helm, and starring Ryan Reynolds, T.J Miller, Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano and Ed SkreinDeadpool is set to hit the UK on February 5th, 2016 before heading to the U.S on February 12th.
