We've seen a teaser trailer, just a couple of weeks ago we saw a slew of stills and, now, the first, full-length official trailer for Marvel and Netflix's forthcoming collaboration series, Daredevil, has emerged and it's action-packed!

Superhero related TV shows have been on the increase lately, whether it's from Marvel or DC. Last year, we saw new shows like The FlashGotham and Constantine debut whilst this year has ALREADY seen the likes of Marvel's Agent Carter open to a blast. Of course, Daredevil is set to join the superhero show ranks - albeit if it's arriving on Netflix.

This evening welcomed a brand new trailer for the series and it's pretty cool, if I do say so myself. It's our best look at the show yet and gives us a better idea as to what to expect in April. We also get our first proper look at Kingpin and here's some nice nods to the MCU too. It's packed with action and new footage and Charlie Cox is kicking ass, as our titular hero. This looks dark, gritty, serious and just awesome! I'm definitely excited for this one.

Cox will lead the show as Matt Murdock, a lawyer blinded as a child that relies on his extraordinary senses to help him fight crime and make his city a better place. He'll be joined by Elden Henderson as Foggy Nelson, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page and Vincent D'Onofrio as our big bad Wilson Fisk.

All 13 episodes will be available from April 10th, 2015, on Netflix so you can expect that the die-hard comic book aficionados among us will be diving straight into it, partaking in a marathon so mighty that only the bravest will dare join them (see what I did there). It'll mark the arrival of the first of five planned Marvel shows heading to the hit streaming service. The others being Jessica JonesLuke CageIron Fist and The Defenders.

Here's the official synopsis:

Marvel’s Daredevil” follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.

All 13 episodes will be available from April 10th so you can expect that the die-hard comic book aficionados among us will be diving straight into it, partaking in a marathon so mighty that only the bravest will dare join them (see what I did there). As for when we will see them, the Netflix CEO said that "you should expect them about a year apart."
